The grammar of Present Perfect Simple/ Continuous is hard. I can try and answer your questions in class too.

One more link is for the magazine Speak Up. It has good ideas for the Great Britain Project if you are in a group doing it. Also it has lots of listening material, good for TOEFL practice or FCE or CAE.
